[Vwpickups] 4 speed to 5 speed conversion

About 2 months ago I posted for help on shifting problems after putting a 5
speed into a previous caddy that had a 4 speed. I replaced all bushings etc and
shift arms to no avail. It turns out that the 1st shift lever that holds the
lever with the rubber ball on the end is 2" longer and holds a larger diameter
ball was the difference. After taking one from a parts truck - problem solved.
