[Vwpickups] lower alternator bracket

The lower brackets should be easily found, they are the same on all Rabbits,
Sciroccos, Foxes, etc...  (NON-ac sort).  Two bolts hold it to the block,
and an ear on either side wraps around the alternator so that it can be
fastened to the mount by one allen screw...

broke this morning and there was not enough left to weld.
