[Vwpickups] hypermiling and light boost fan

When I was running 2 cyle three cylinder Saabs, they had a lever  in the 
same place the Beetles had the reserve switchover.
In one mode it was freewheel whenever gas was not applied.
I go into neutral every chance I get. anything longer than a 2 min light 
gets offed. Trains is an insant off.  Since my ukulele is ever present, no 
delay is wasted on just sitting.
