[Vwpickups] Pickup rubber mat NOT plastic liner

I would recommend spray-in bedliner before anything else; rubber will
promote rust, as the water can still get underneath it.  It will also rub
it's way through the paint with the vibrations of the road.

I hope to get that done in the next 6-months or so; if and when I do, I will
post-up here so other DIY'ers can see how it is done.
