Sorry, don't make a pump repair kit, but it is usually not hard to pop open the pump motor 
and clean them up inside, have done a few like that.  However, I find they usually fail 
due to the pump/motor seal leaking water into the motor where it rusts internally.  While 
you can clean up the rust, the seal will still leak and it'll usually fail again.

Last pump/tank combo I got was from the VW dealer.  Not that expensive as I recall.
